Do you remember days when the pace seemed slower and the prices were cheaper? I remember when company would come, and my parents would sit on the porch and talk to them for hours and hours, while we kids rode over every sapling we could climb up. I remember when cokes cost a nickel! When they went up, they went to six cents, and people were complaining! Those days are gone, and they’re not coming back, but these are great days, too. Oh, I know a dime box of snuff cost almost $2, but money is easier to get nowadays. We have greater opportunities and more resources than ever in the history of mankind. I wonder what the apostle Paul would have done with the internet and a Blackberry? Look at the houses we live in today, and look at the ride we have to get to town. To whom much is given…
